Jennifer Gill Erwin has joined Legalpeople in the capacity of Director of Business Development specializing in client consulting in the Houston area. Jennifer will focus on building partnerships with law firms and corporate law departments providing a complete range of legal staffing services from large-scale managed review and document review to specialized staffing and permanent placements.  Jennifer was previously a Client Development specialist with Duvera Consulting focusing on placement of legal, accounting & finance contract and direct hire placement. Prior to Duvera Consulting, Jennifer was Director – Legal Solutions at Epiq/DTI/Providus for over eleven years and was responsible for delivering eDiscovery, staffing and managed review project solutions to various law firms and corporate law departments.

Jennifer has extensive experience working with numerous Fortune 100 companies in various industries as well as law firms. Prior to Epiq, she was Manager of Attorney Employment at Baker Botts LLP, where she handled attorney recruitment for new associates, summer associates, law clerks and lateral attorneys. Prior to joining Baker Botts, she was a Corporate Sales Manager for the Four Seasons Hotel, Houston. Jennifer holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University and is an active volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
