Ryan partners with legal departments to solve resourcing challenges with smart, flexible talent solutions. He brings deep experience in the alternative legal services and legal tech space, having worked with a wide range of in-house teams—from lean, fast-growing legal ops functions to complex, global departments at Fortune 500 companies. As Director of Client Solutions for Legalpeople’s Interim Counsel+ team, Ryan focuses on delivering experienced attorneys and legal professionals who can step in quickly and add immediate value—whether to cover a temporary gap, support a strategic project, or bring specialized expertise.

 

Ryan is based in New York and leads sales for Legalpeople’s Interim Counsel+ practice. Prior to joining the team, he held a senior role in Axiom’s technology practice and spent more than 10 years at LexisNexis in client-facing roles focused on legal efficiency and innovation. He earned his J.D. from Cooley Law School and holds a dual B.A. degree in Government & Politics and Criminology from the University of Maryland.

 

Outside of work, Ryan lives in Westchester County, just outside of New York City, with his wife, two young daughters, and their beloved Corgi. In his free time, you’ll find him outside with his kids, on a golf course, catching a game, or exploring new restaurants in the city.
