Bringing over 15 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and IT auditing, Melony operates at the intersection of technology, compliance, and executive strategy. Having architected secure, scalable operations for tech, energy, and healthcare organizations, she is passionate about bridging the gap between archaic systems and modern, AI-augmented efficiency.

Outside of her professional work, Melony is highly active in the creative arts and community leadership. A card carrying Disney Adult, she is an avid reader who runs a science fiction and fantasy Online book club Chimera Readers, a podcaster, and a cosplayer of 18+ years. She is also a singer and actress who enjoys spending quality time with her sister and friends.
