Maria Milicevic, Esq.

Maria Milicevic joined Legalpeople in 2017 after three years as a recruiting and staffing associate with Plante Moran ProjecTemps. She has in-depth knowledge on selecting the best candidates for review teams and motivating them to complete projects accurately and ahead of schedule. Maria has built valuable and trusted relationships with contract attorneys, clients, and eDiscovery professionals throughout the industry. Her detailed understanding of the eDiscovery workflow from collection, to review, to production allows her to match the best staff and technology to meet and exceed our clients’ review needs.

Maria Milicevic, née Matsoukas, graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in biological sciences and a minor in chemistry. She went on to Marquette University Law School, where she was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Review and President of the Association of Women in Law. She started her legal career as a practicing attorney. Maria became licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin in 2008 and spent more than five years as a contract attorney working across a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on intellectual property matters due to her science background. She handled document review, quality control, privilege log preparation, and production work firsthand. She knows what good review looks like because she’s done it.
