Karolina joined Legalpeople in February 2022 after working with the EY Legal Managed Services team to build their new contract management service line. She has extensive experience in legal services delivery, legal technology, and legal operations – assisting clients in the deployment of technology-assisted workflows related to corporate transactions and regulatory transitions. Prior to joining Legalpeople, Karolina oversaw global delivery teams, supporting transaction diligence projects, post-merger integrations, regulatory compliance engagements and CMS implementations. She also managed numerous projects for Fortune 100 companies, designing their legal processes and implementing new, tech-enabled solutions.
Karolina is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law and a certified project management professional. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, traveling and setting out on adventures with her 2-year-old son.
