With previous experience as both a paralegal and a law firm Recruiting Coordinator, as well as a master’s degree in human resources from Vanderbilt University, Donna began her career in Nashville in the mid-90s. Within five years, she became a Regional Vice President at the largest legal staffing and recruiting company in the U.S. After successfully opening another legal staffing firm in Atlanta and bringing it to profitability, she joined The Partners Group in 2004 to develop and manage contract attorneys, document coders, and paralegal staffing in the Atlanta area. (In 2013, The Partners Group merged with Legalpeople, and in 2019, the company rebranded all contract staffing services under the Legalpeople name.)

As the industry and technology evolved, Donna’s practice shifted toward document review and eDiscovery, providing contract attorney/document review staffing and managed review services to many Southeastern clients. With a steadfast commitment to exceptional client service, Donna focuses on building customer relationships to create enduring partnerships.

In her free time, Donna enjoys cooking, Pilates, riding horses, college football, and spending time with her family, including her border terriers, Jed and Lucy.
