Ben joined Legalpeople after spending 13 years in the recruiting and talent space, where he recruited, match-made, and managed talent with a variety of skill sets. The most recent 8 years of Ben’s career was focused on providing specialty corporate legal support to in-house teams of all shapes, sizes, and industries. Ben prides himself on his people-first approach to his work and his ability to curate creative talent solutions to complex client challenges.

Ben grew up in Saint Louis, Missouri, and achieved his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Missouri – Saint Louis. He then spent 8 years in New York City, followed by a move to Palm Springs, California, in 2022. Ben enjoys spending time with his husband and two Boston Terriers, attempting to appreciate the great outdoors then quickly reverting to climate-controlled environments, traveling, and real estate.
